We will evaluate Your application in good faith and will notify You of Your acceptance or rejection in a timely manner. 2. Revocation of Rewards Status
Your Rewards account status WILL BE DEACTIVATED and Reward Credits set to "0" for failure to comply with the Rewards Terms and Advertising Compliance contained herein. This includes but is not limited to:

    1. Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
    2. Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
    3. Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities.
    4. Generating multiple fraudulent accounts.
    5. Violation of FTC's disclosure rules for online advertising.
    6. Violation of any of SiteDone's TOS or AUP.

  3. Unique Rewards Link
CRP Member may use graphic and text links on their website. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. CRP Member may use the graphics and text provided by us, or Members may create their own as long as they are deemed appropriate by SiteDone. Any link/banner/advertisement placed must be done in such a way that it is not misleading to any site visitor and done with the intention of delivering valid sales, leads, or clicks to SiteDone.

  4. Rewards Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your Unique Rewards Link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your Rewards username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your Rewards ID. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the CRP Member who will be awarded Reward Credits. Visitors sent through your Rewards link may make a purchase later in time and the Credits will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. Rewards account must be active at the time of the referral.

  5. Offline referring or referral without a Rewards Link URL
To refer a person offline and to manually assign that customer under your Rewards Account, you should first open a ticket with our Rewards Department and inform us in advance/ahead of the invoice being generated that you are directly sending your friend to our website and indicate us the name and email address of your friend/customer. Please Note that we will verify your ticket received time with the invoice generated time and the ticket received time should be ahead of invoice generated time, only then we will be able to manually assign the customer under your CRP Account. We will not accept your request, if you open a ticket after your friend/customer place the order and invoice generated. This process is done solely at our discretion.

  6. Percentage of CRP Credits
Members are paid a one-time Reward Credits of 50% on new accounts for Basic Plan & Plus Plan, 25% on new accounts for Elite Plan & Pro Plan, 10% for new purchases of All Add-on Services. A valid signup is counted when a customer first clicks on a rewards referral link URL, completes the payment process and stays active for 15 days, provided that the order was paid in full and the customer did not request for a refund.

  7. Qualified CRP Credit
A "Qualified CRP Credit" is one for which the new account which is the subject of the credit has remained in good standing continuously for at least 15 days from its inception. SiteDone shall make all decisions as to whether any credit is a "qualified credit." If at any time within 15 days a customer requests for a refund for any reason, then the transaction will not be eligible to receive Reward Credits. No credits will be given to your Rewards account for sales that occurred before you joined the Rewards program. SiteDone does not allow you to purchase the product under your own Rewards link URL so you can’t get it discounted. If you try to do this, the Rewards credit will be reversed and will result in your Rewards account being removed.

CASH REWARD CREDITS ARE PAID ON NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY (CURRENT OR PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS OF THE COMPANY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE) AND NOT ON ANY SUBSEQUENT RENEWAL, UPGRADE OR SUBSEQUENT SIGNUPS OF A REFERRED CUSTOMER.

  8. Eligible CRP Credit
An "Eligible CRP Credit" is determined only for the first year of payment by the customer, referred through the CRP Member. The CRP Credit will not be calculated for multiple year payment or for subsequent renewal payments made by the customer, referred via the CRP Member.

For Example: If the payment is made upfront for 3 years at the time of first billing, the Eligible CRP Credit will be calculated only for the first year and not for additional 2 years.

Also, note that if the system erroneously calculates the Eligible CRP Credit for multiple years, SiteDone's team shall be entitled at all times to manually modify/alter such values before/during/after payments to the CRP Member.

  9. Reward Credits Withdrawal
SiteDone has a "Net-15" credit release policy, which means that Reward Credits earned from a sale must mature for at least 15 days before it is eligible for full use. SiteDone uses this time to collect and ensures that the order is not fraudulent, and remains active at the end of 15 days period. The CRP Member may request to withdraw earnings from the Members Area, once the balance reaches a minimum of $10. Additionally, we start processing CRP Credit Payouts following the next business day of withdrawal request. All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review before payouts and SiteDone will send out payments within 3 business days to the CRP Member's PayPal Account.

    (or)

You may also use your Reward Credits to renew your website package. Since you can pay any invoice on SiteDone's website, you can utilize this opportunity to directly receive cash from your friend or customer for their order on SiteDone and pay their invoice using your Rewards Credit Balance. To apply Reward Credits to an invoice you should open a ticket with the Rewards Department and request to apply credit to the invoice number of your choice. Reward Credits once applied to an invoice cannot be reversed and the invoice cannot be refunded.

  10. Reward Credits Reversal
At all times, we are committed in ensuring client satisfaction with all our products. However, if in an unlikely event after 15 days the client disputes a transaction or credit card company identifies a fraudulent transaction within 60 days, then in such cases funds might be held or reversed. So if we have already paid out the CRP Member for the transaction, then in such cases SiteDone will have to debit Reward Credits for that disputed transaction from the CRP Member's available Reward Credit Balance.

  13. FTC Guidelines - Rewards Member Disclosure Requirements:

In December 2009, The Federal Trade Commission ('FTC') released Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. The guidelines require that any Rewards Member who uses reviews, rankings or testimonials to promote products must clearly disclose the fact that they receive compensation for doing so. We require all Rewards Member to comply with these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from our CRP and the cancellation of Reward Credits. In order to comply with these guidelines your disclosures must meet four basic requirements. They must be frequent, clear, conspicuous, and require no scrolling or other type of user action to locate the disclosure.

    1. Frequent: Your disclosure must appear on any web page that has a review, recommendation, comment or article that promotes a product or service for which you receive compensation.

    2. Clear: It must be immediately clear that you may receive compensation for your review or rating.

    3. Conspicuous: The disclosure must be clear and easy to see. It should begin with the word "disclosure", For the disclosure to be considered clear, the font should be: (a) At least as large as the main text on the page (b) In a color other than black or gray (c) In contrast with both with its background and the main text (d) Darker than its background or the main text.

    4. Require No Action: Your disclosure must be immediately evident to a typical visitor to your site who views a review, ranking or endorsement on a PC or Mac monitor. A visitor should not need to scroll, click or hover to learn that you receive compensation. If you do include a clickable link or additional information when a visitor hovers over text, the language of the link itself should reveal the fact that you receive compensation. Keep this in mind: Simply telling the visitor that they can "Click/hover here to read our FTC disclosure" is not adequate. You need to use the word "disclosure" and present the nature of the disclosure.
